House types: six ways to plan your prefab home individually
A house type is not a catalogue model for us, but a proven framework: structure, proportion and energy concept are set – the floor plan, façade and details are drawn anew by our architects for your plot. You can build to your own plans or develop a fully individual project with us; the only limits are structural engineering standards and local building regulations. That is how the architect-designed home becomes a prefab home: individually planned, factory-prefabricated, and built to Efficiency House 40 standard from the works.
From the tiny house to the multi-family house – we build every type turnkey, with a 12-month fixed-price guarantee from signing, a 30-year guarantee on the building structure and a five-year statutory warranty under German law (BGB). Your price is determined individually after planning.
