What does a modular house cost?
The price depends above all on the number of modules: you pay for the space you need and can extend selectively later on. We prepare your individual fixed-price offer with a 12-month price guarantee after the initial consultation; the plot and ancillary construction costs are additional.
How does the modular house differ from the rest of the range?
With the modular house, entire room modules – including floors, bathrooms and building services – are completed in the factory and delivered to the site as complete units. This shortens assembly to a few days and moves even more work steps into the controlled hall. Our other house types are created from flat wall and ceiling elements that are assembled on site.
Can a modular house be extended later?
Yes – that is the heart of the concept. Because each module is a self-contained unit, further modules can be added or stacked on top when the family grows or a study becomes necessary. We plan the connections for this from the outset, so that the extension succeeds without intervening in the existing structure.
